Carlton "Car!ton" McDowell
Producer, recording artist, guitarist and performer. Carlton has been playing and performing music since a young child.
Since 2019 Carlton McDowell Jr. has quickly established himself as one of the most influential music producers in the industry. Grammy nominated and having recorded with some of the biggest names in music, including Eminem, Justin Bieber, Future, Kid Laroi among many others.
Carlton came to Los Angeles to produce for his late childhood friend Juice WRLD. He has emerged as a major contributor to the culture of music in his own right, across many genres. Raised in the Chicago area, Carlton’s musical foundation is rooted in the Blues as an improvisational guitarist. He received a college scholarship for Jazz guitar. As an independent artist, Carlton has established himself as a producer that can get his music released. Having released over 54 tracks in 2024 alone. His melodic style and ability to sing and play multiple instruments keeps him in high demand.
